Coach Harris,
Iām happy to work with people of all ages and diverse body types. I focus on effective conditioning and sustainable fat loss while assisting clients in building muscle, improving stability, and enhancing mobility for an overall better quality of life. To facilitate this, I have meticulously created an ideal private training space, fully equipped with a range of accessible equipment that is reserved exclusively for you during your session. I proudly offer a wide variety of training methods and routines to ensure safe and effective coaching, keep workouts interesting and varied, and accommodate any previous injuries or movement limitations that you currently may be dealing with.

With over 12 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, I have proudly assisted more than 250 clients in successfully achieving personal health and fitness goals. I earned a diploma in Exercise Science from Eagle Gate College and also obtained a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.). I often follow and connect with a variety of mentors that help keep me informed and develop in my profession.
