Also “Semi-Private Group Training” is available as a more affordable option with a small group. All programs include detailed fitness assessments, progress tracking, accountability tracking outside the gym, nutritional structure recommendations.
2 PER WEEK INDIVIDUAL TAILORED TRAINING SESSIONS
You will receive a total of 8 private training sessions each month. Which are conveniently scheduled two times per week, with each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. Additionally, we will provide an at-home structure designed to align with this program, assisting you in effectively integrating the training principles into your daily routine and supporting you in enhancing your overall lifestyle, as well as results.
3 PER WEEK INDIVIDUAL TAILORED TRAINING SESSIONS
You will receive a total of 12 private training sessions each month. Which are conveniently scheduled three times per week, with each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. Additionally, we will provide an at-home structure designed to align with this program, assisting you in effectively integrating the training principles into your daily routine and supporting you in enhancing your overall lifestyle. 4 PER WEEK INDIVIDUAL TAILORED TRAINING SESSIONS
You will receive a total of 16 private training sessions each month. Which are conveniently scheduled four times per week, with each session lasting approximately 45 minutes. Additionally, we will provide an at-home structure designed to align with this program, assisting you in effectively integrating the training principles into your daily routine and supporting you in enhancing your overall lifestyle. 2 PER WEEK SEMI PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS
Access to attend 8 semiprivate training sessions each month. Which are conveniently scheduled twice weekly on either Mon/Tues -or- Wed/Thurs for a duration of 30 minutes each session. In addition to these training sessions, we also offer comprehensive at-home accountability support designed to help you successfully enhance your overall lifestyle and maximize your results.
